A gentle ONLINE mat-based practice that is ideal for those who have some experience with yoga, who are able to get down onto and up off the mat during class and who have been cleared by their health care provider to do so.

These gentle Pain Care Aware-informed classes are about 75 minutes in length. They include an alignment-based, breath-centred, hatha yoga practice, where many variations to poses are taught to make the class accessible for different body types and abilities. All classes include a brief yogic teaching, seated centring, pranayama (breath practice), and will end with a guided relaxation/savasana and/or a short meditation practice.
